Education Director Job Description
- Oversee the hiring process
- Train new hires in assisting, blowdrying, cutting, and color
- Ensure new hires stay up-to-date with the Vivienne MacKinder video training
- Coach and redirect daily and weekly target meetings as needed
- Assist salon coordinator on new talent days
- Test new hires on basic understanding and skill level after 8 weeks of training
- Oversee the quality of work outputted on and off social media
- Attend and supervise every assistant meeting and assistant training day
